02 / Flagship program
XS1 Cyber's flagship research program is building Polaris, a model being trained to give defenders the attacker's foresight: find the unknown flaw, prove the path, close it first.
Measured, restricted and pointed at defense. Weights are closed, and access is limited to vetted defensive partners under written scope.

03 / Working with XS1
XS1 does not publish its team, partners or research. Qualified partners receive more detail after an initial conversation.
Step 01
Describe the problem through Work with XS1, or reach us through Contact. Share only what you are comfortable sharing at this stage.
Step 02
An XS1 lead replies and talks it through with you: the problem, the constraints and whether we are the right fit.
Step 03
We confirm the fit in both directions. Terms are agreed privately before sensitive systems, data or research are discussed.
Step 04
Qualified partners are briefed on the relevant research, how we would approach the problem and who would do the work.
Step 05
Research or engineering under a written scope, with sensitive and destructive actions held for human approval.

The XS1 site has been rebuilt. Each of the four divisions (Cyber, Biosciences, Intelligence and Automation) now has its own pages and its own newsroom, alongside a capabilities page organized by division.
XS1 Biosciences now builds AI and language models for biological and genetic research, and XS1 Intelligence is now XS1's open-source intelligence (OSINT) division.
